Calling High Performing Women

You always are the first to raise your hand for new projects and additional responsibility. But someone else always seems to get the credit for your wins.

You have so many ideas, plans, and thoughts about improving the system. If only your boss would listen, and your peers would stop talking over you.

You have thought about applying for Board positions, but you know it's "not what you know, but who you know". So where do you start?

You are constantly picking up the slack for others. In the meantime, you are at your desk while the boys are off bonding on the golf course. And you weren’t invited.

The gap between your career expectations and your reality seems to keep growing wider.

You didn't expect your career or your life to look like this, but is this all there is

The Three Secret Keys to Success

Whether you are looking to climb the corporate ladder, get a Board or committee position, or stand out in an overcrowded market, there are three keys to success.

These three secret keys are the ones we have used to create our own success stories AND to help women, just like you, to break through glass ceilings and achieve more than they imagined was possible.

Those are the tangible markers of our clients successes, but what really matters is they are finally:

fulfilled, empowered, recognised, respected, confident.

And we want that for you too.

The Three Secret Keys

Value

In our own experience, and through coaching and mentoring other successful women, we have found that one of the things women don't do well is to articulate their VALUE. We hold back, not putting ourselves forward for opportunities until we feel 110% qualified. When asked to describe our leadership style in interviews or for applications, we often struggle. You are not alone. Using Ros' science based Women's Leader Archetypes model and assessment, you will discover the true articulation of your value as a powerful female leader.

Visibility

It is sadly not enough to let your work speak for itself. To be a successful female leader in a man's world, to be seen and noticed, to be in the running for the big opportunities, you need VISIBILITY and influence. You need to be front of mind when those jobs and board positions become vacant, or when that business opportunity comes around. The only way to be the one that everyone thinks of, is to have a strategic profile, and be highly influential.

Connections

We are calling it! Traditional networking is dead! Gone are the days when you could show up to drinks occasionally, drop a few business cards, and then sit back and wait for the phone to ring. Business success in the modern world needs real and genuine CONNECTIONS. Its ironic that we are more connected than ever, but it is becoming more and more superficial. As the world becomes overwhelmed with the quantity of connections, quality is now the real key.

Vicki's Story

Vicki is one of Ros' long term coaching clients. Over the time we have worked together, we have focussed on honing these 3 secret keys to success. Vicki was actually the very first client to take the Women's Leader Archetypes Assessment and she said "this is the first time I have had the words to perfectly describe who I am as a leader, and the value I add to the business". With my support, Vicki built her visibility fast, with opinion pieces in the local papers, articles and radio. Her network mapping was the basis for her creating new connections, and this led to Vicki achieving not only a high profile, but finally the committee appointments she was seeking. And she got a new job too!

An Exit Plan, Perfectly Executed

Another client, let's call her Kate (this is a high profile story and names need to be kept under wraps) came to Ros with a big problem. She had come to the point with her boss that her position was untenable. Bullied and highly stressed, Kate was unable to see her way clear to leave as she was very concerned at the reputational damage her well connected boss could do if she upset him. Using the 3 keys, we mapped out her exit plan. Finding people amongst her connections she could trust to be absolutely discrete, Kate quietly indicated that she was interested in a new opportunity. To her astonishment and delight Kate received a phone call from the highest office in her state, and shortly after was offered her dream job.

Women of Substance

We are starting a brand new mastermind for women who "want what she's having". Over nine months we will work together as a small group of committed women leaders to create the influence you want and DESERVE.

Women of Substance

The Mastermind Details:

Over nine months we will meet online weekly for a group coaching session. In between, you will receive content - worksheets, videos, tips and actionable content to accelerate your success.

in addition to the online content, we will be meeting face to face for 3 days, at the conclusion of the nine months. This Success Summit will be packed with value - content, stories, panels and guest speakers.

As this is our pilot program, we will be only charging $600 per month. This is all inclusive of the online content, the group coaching calls, and the success summits. As long as you remain a member, you keep access to everything. As the end of the nine months, we will definitely have options for staying in the mastermind, or working together in another way.

We will be structuring the program over 9 months to have 3 months on each of the 3 keys.

Each of the 3 month blocks will have 8 weeks of content and group calls, then 4 weeks implementation time. We get it - we are all busy and you will need time to implement.

At the end of the nine months we will meet in stunning Hobart for our 3 day Success Summit. There you will hear from influential women who have achieved success in their fields, have dedicated time to ask questions, get coaching, and spend time implementing. If you have stalled on anything, this will get you on track. And we will be celebrating your successes!

The content will be under the three key themes: Value, Visibility and Connection. As this is a pilot we will be very much playing by ear, and assessing your needs as we go. That said, we have TONS of potential content, the hard part is deciding what to leave out. Topics we have planned are: Emotional Intelligence, Persuasion and Influence, Personal Branding, Values and Purpose, Landing Your First Board Appointment, Crafting a Killer CV, Mastering Social Media, Becoming a Sought-After Radio & Podcast Guest, Networking Strategy, and Political Intelligence.

We are lining up guest faculty - highly successful women - to join us in creating valuable content for you too. Watch this space!
