Email delivery is a tricky business. Your email service provider can decide to not deliver our emails to your inbox for a range of reasons. The best way to ensure you never miss out on valuable information is to take these steps.
Open and click links in emails (this tells your service provider that you want them in your inbox). If you use Outlook, be aware that reading an email in the reading pane does NOT count asĀ opening it.
Whitelist ourĀ sending domain. If you are using a work email, ask your IT support to do this.
Set up rules in your email client thatĀ automatically deliver our emails to your inbox, not to junk or spam.
