Ros Cardinal


Rosalind Cardinal is the Managing Director of Shaping Change, a consultancy specialising in improving business outcomes by developing individuals, teams and organisations.

Ros is a solutions and results oriented facilitator and leadership coach, with a career in the Human Resources and Organisational Development field spanning more than 20 years. Ros brings an energetic and proactive approach combined with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her expertise spans leadership development, organisational culture, team building, change and transition management, emotional intelligence, organisational behaviour, employee engagement, strategic direction and management.

Anna Tayler


Anna has over 10 years of coaching and facilitation experience within the University and Government sector. Anna is motivated by creating flourishing and thriving workplaces and brings a strength-based perspective to the work she does with her clients. Passionate about bringing out the best in people, Anna takes the time to really get to know her clients to ensure positive outcomes.

A certified Strengths Profile, Human Synergistics LSI and Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT) facilitator, with a Diploma in Positive Psychology, Anna uses the latest research around appreciative inquiry, strengths, values, mindsets and motivation and works with clients to bring about positive change by focusing on what’s working well and how to leverage more from this.

Katherine Hough


Katherine is a coach and facilitator, with extensive experience across a broad range of portfolios, including government, higher education, not-for-profit organisations, and the creative industries.

Katherine is passionate about mindful, authentic leadership, with a particular commitment to helping women develop their leadership skills; and an affinity for working with Indigenous communities. Katherine is an alumna of the prestigious ANZSOG Executive Fellows Program. She is accredited in Human Synergistics tools LSI, GSI and L/I. She holds a Certificate IV in Life Coaching, with formal experience in methodologies including narrative coaching, solutions-focused coaching and acceptance and commitment coaching.

Jacqui Jones

Client Experience Manager

Jacqui is the newest addition to the Shaping Change team.  As Client Experience Manager she is responsible for business development, communications and client liaison.

Jacqui has a wealth of experience in community/stakeholder engagement and communications roles spanning the last 25 years.

She is passionate about many things but is definitely a people person - and in particular loves seeing them live their best life.  

Jacqui holds an IAP2 engagement and facilitation certificate, Certificate 4 in Project Management and a Diploma in Business Administration. She is currently undertaking her Professional Coaching qualifications through the International Coaching Institute.
